Edinburgh’s ‘secular congregation’ are back after our picnic and summer break. This Sunday is ‘Climate Sunday’ around Scotland and the UK, and we are joining in with an assembly focused on the growing climate emergency. Our guest speaker is Lara Celini, humanist celebrant, community builder and a keen Sunday Assembler. There will also be the usual mix of poems, songs to enjoy, reflections, and the chance of a chat with fellow assemblers during our one-hour online Assembly.
We are keeping our meetings online for the time being. We’re watching the developing scene here in Scotland and will be back meeting in person when we can all sing together!
