Sunday Assembly 6th October – Before I Go

Sunday Assembly 6th October – Before I Go

We’re all about living life as fully as possible at Sunday Assembly. This month we’re exploring an often-ignored angle on living well – preparing in advance for a good death. Our speaker is Jane Duncan-Rogers, author of Before I Go, who is committed to helping people help themselves and their families by thinking about a Before I Go end-of-life plan. The impact ranges from piece of mind to shared understandings with family and friends. We think this is an important topic, and we are delighted that Jane is coming down from her home in the north of Scotland to be with us.

There will also be the usual mix of songs to sing with the house band, poems, reflections, talk and cake. And it’s all about celebrating this one life we know we have, with no religion, on a Sunday morning. Our motto is Live Better, Help Often and Wonder More, and we invite you to join us on Sunday 6th October at Lifecare Edinburgh, 2 Cheyne Street, Stockbridge EH4 1JB. Family (and dog) friendly, fun and free.

Did you know we have a Meetup page? It’s a great and free way to get information about our events. Click through and take a look.
