Sunday Assembly 4th April 2021: Improv Your Life

Sunday Assembly 4th April 2021: Improv Your Life

Our April assembly is all about how to live better by using the skills of improvisation! The special guest is Pippa Evans, one of the original co-founders of the Sunday Assembly movement and now to be heard on radio and TV, as well as being one of the Showstoppers! team of musical theatre improvisers.

Pippa has written a book, Improv Your Life, about precisely this topic. We are looking forward to welcoming her back to SA Edinburgh and hearing her latest ideas, hacks and stories about how to embrace the uncertainties of life and come out smiling.

There will also be the usual mix of poems, songs to sing along with (in the privacy of your own home!), reflections and the chance to chat with other lovely fellow assemblers. As usual it’s on Zoom – if you have yet to register (and well over 100 of you have over the past year) please do so at https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJUuc-Cgrj8rHNM24RG9ookmE_3XiSAzPRGr

Join us at Edinburgh’s ‘secular congregation’ as we meet to celebrate life and strive to live better, help often and wonder more in a non-religious setting. We welcome all who welcome all. It’s free to attend, family friendly and a great way to connect with others, particularly in this lockdown time.
